How to Request Data Deletion



Deleting your personal information stored on Flip-Pay is simple to do and only takes a minute. However, the deletion is permanent

  1. Contact Flip-Pay by email at support@flip-pay.com
  2. Make the Subject : GDPR - Data deletion
  3. Ensure you are requesting the data deletion from the account you wish to erase the data from
  4. We may ask you to provide evidence that you are the righful account holder - using a statement ID, User ID or other means
  5. Please contact our support team who will be happy to assist.

  6. Alternatively, use the contact form on this website and we will respond to your request within 72 hours.


Data Deletion Process

  1. When you request data deletion, we will acknowledge receiving your request. We will also provide you with a link and a confirmation number. The link and confirmation number will give you access to a human-readable explanation of the status of your request, including a legitimate justification for any refusal to delete (where legitimate will vary based on jurisdiction and our case-by-case interpretation of our policy as it relates to their stated reasons).
  2. We will delete your data as soon as possible, but it may take up to 45 days for all of your data to be deleted. We will notify you when your data has been deleted.
